Cancellation PolicyIf cancelling 15 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total
If cancelling 31 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the booking total

*Cardholder, ID/Passport is required at check-in / preferably prior to arrival.
*The credit card used for the online deposit must be present at check-in.
By confirming your booking you confirm that you have read these terms and conditions, understand all it contains and accept it unreservedly.
A deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation
Full payment of the balance is due 30 days prior to guest(s) arrival, unless the booking is made within 30 days of travel, in which case full pre-payment will be required to confirm the reservation
Please note that until such time as the deposit and/or full payment has been received, the booking will be held as a provisional reservation and may be removed without notice.
Children of all ages are welcome at MHONDORO SAFARI LODGE & VILLA but children under the age of 6 years are not permitted on scheduled game drives , unless guest book a private game vehicle at an additional cost . Babysitting is available and needs to be arranged in advance and this service is provided at an additional fee.
RATES INCLUDE
• Accommodation, all meals, teas & coffees, soft drinks, local brand beers and hand select house wines. Two safari activities per day, including game drives in open vehicles or walking safaris with Mhondoro guide.
• Return scheduled transfers from Welgevonden Reserve Main Gate or the Welgevonden Airstrip to Mhondoro Game
• Rates are per person per night, free Wi-Fi in the Main Lodge, secure parking and VAT.
IN-CAMP TRANSFERS :
Scheduled transfers are included from Welgevonden Game Reserve Main Gate to the MHONDORO SAFARI LODGE & VILLA on arrival (scheduled at 12h30- 13h00) and from MHONDORO SAFARI LODGE & VILLA to Welgevonden Game Reserve Main Gate on the check-out date (scheduled at 11h00)
Additional transfers can be arranged at a charge of R1000.00 per transfer
RATES EXCLUDES:
Conservation Levy at R150 per person per night
Babysitting, curio purchases, laundry, spa treatments and premium selection drinks.
