Accommodation5 Luxury Suites and 1 Family Suite
accommodating up to 10 guests only
• Furnished with king size beds, suites include
an indoor/outdoor shower, large bath and
outdoor terrace.
FACILITIES & ACTIVITIES• Central swimming pool with expansive deck
• Lounge, bar and dining room
• Open vehicle game drives
CHILDREN• Regretfully we can not accept children under
the age of 6
• Children 6 to 11 years of age pay 50% of the
full rate if sharing with parents
• Children 12 years and older pay the full rate
• Please note that the rooms have open
balconies and the lodge and swimming pool
are both unfenced
• Children must be supervised at all times.
BOOKING TERMS• A deposit of 20% of the total accommodation
charge is required to confirm a provisional
reservation and full payment is required 4
weeks prior to arrival
• There is a 5% surcharge on credit card
payments for commissionable bookings, as
well as on Amex and Diner’s Club credit card
payments
• Extras may be settled at the lodge
• We accept all credit cards
• Minimum 2 night stay over weekends, 1 night
stays upon request.
FESTIVE SEASON• All bookings over peak period can only be
secured once a 25% non-refundable deposit
has been paid.
GROUP RESERVATIONSShould the reservations department require the
accommodation that is being held by the group for
the same dates, we will request the group to supply
us with an immediate 25% non-refundable deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICY• 8 weeks before arrival - 50% of full amount
• 6 weeks before arrival - 75% of full amount
• 4 weeks or less - 100% of full amount.
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE• Guests will be collected at 12h30 on date of
arrival at the Main Gate
• Rooms are to be vacated by 11h00.
