CANCELLATION POLICY
30 days prior to arrival: no cancellation fee
29 - 15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the booking
15 - 0 days prior to arrival: 100% of the booking
CHILD POLICY
For exclusive use of the villa, children of all ages are welcome under supervision.
For Suite bookings, children of 12 years and older are welcome at full adult rates.

Full Payment required 15 Days prior to arrival. The Light House reserves the right to release reservations with no
prepayment 15 days prior to arrival date.
Minimum 2 night stay over weekends applies during peak season (shorter stays are possible, manager discretion)
All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card.
All extras to be settled upon departure.
Reservations, as well as cancellations or amendments to reservations, must be in writing.
