PAYMENT POLICY
A confirmed booking comprises the following terms & conditions:
• Deposit payment of 50% upon confirmation of reservation.
• Balance payment must be received by Pringle Bay Villa no later than 60 days prior to arrival.
• Reservations made less than 60 days prior to arrival will require full payment within 48 hours.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation must be made in writing and the conditions of cancellation are as follows:
• 61 days and more: free cancellation.
• 60 days and less 100% is forfeited.
• No shows: 100% cancellation fees
• No refund will be given for guests who arrive but leave before the completion of their stay.
• 3% of the Total Deposit/Payment should a refund be required as an admin fee.
PEAK SEASON (15 December – 7 January)
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a reservation.
• Balance payment is required 60 days prior to arrival.
