Individual• Guarantee/Payment Policy
In order to guarantee the reservation, we require pre-payment for the first night’s accommodation to be paid within 48 hours of making the reservation

You can pay via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or contactless payment options including Masterpass, SnapScan, Zapper and iVeri Secure Payment Gateway. Upon check-in, your credit card will be swiped for an amount that will be temporarily held as authorisation for any incidental charges.
• Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours of arrival.
All cancellations must be done in writing. In the event of a guest checking out prior to the original departure date, the full value of the remaining stay will be charged.

In light of the Coronavirus (COVID–19) outbreak, President Hotel Cape Town has revised our cancellation and refund policy. President Hotel Cape Town has implemented the following policy for new and existing bookings that have been affected as a direct result of COVID-19: Guests are able to cancel any reservations without any penalty, should the cancellation take place outside of the penalty window applicable to the reservation. The full value of the remaining stay will be kept as a credit for a future reservation. Should the reservation be cancelled within the penalty window, the guest will be able to re-book their stay for any available date for the next 15 months without penalties. The replacement reservation is subject to availability and may be subject to any intervening increase in rates. The deferred booking must be utilised within 15 months of the original check-in date, failing which this right and any deposit paid will be forfeited. The right may not be ceded or transferred to a third person and is not redeemable for cash.
Groups (8 Rooms or more) Guarantee/Payment Policy
In order to guarantee the group booking, we require a 10% deposit on confirmation to confirm the provisional booking. The 50% deposit will be due 60 days prior to arrival date. The full outstanding amount will be due 30 days prior to arrival date.

No ShowA no-show is the non-arrival of a guest without notification in writing to the hotel. In the event of a no show, a no-show fee equal to the full value of the stay will be charged to you.
