100% payment is required within 48 hours to confirm your booking.
50% surcharge applies for single travellers.
Please note, the above policy does not apply to group, corporate or event bookings, or “Pay at Your Pace” payment plan bookings.
We reserve the right to cancel reservations in accordance with our payment policy.
All credit cards accepted (except Diners Club).
No foreign exchange accepted.
Cancellation policy:
31+ days prior to date of arrival – A cancellation fee in the sum equivalent to 25% of the full booking value, plus any direct costs (e.g. specific food orders) incurred by our team in attending to the reservation.
30 days or less prior to date of arrival – 100% of the total booking value will be incurred, plus any direct costs (e.g. specific food orders) incurred by our team in attending to the reservation.
A “no show” on the booked arrival date – 100% of the total package will be incurred, plus any direct costs (e.g. specific food orders) incurred by our team in attending to the reservation.
Please note, cancellations will only be accepted in writing.
Child policy:
Children under 6 years stay and eat for free
Children 7 – 12 years pay 50% of the adult sharing rate, when sharing with 2 full paying adults
Children over 12 pay full adult rate
