Terms & ConditionsCancellation Policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 90% of the booking total
If cancelling 15 days before arrival, forfeit 75% of the booking total
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the booking total
If cancelling 999 days before arrival, forfeit 10% of the deposit

Payment Policy
25% deposit is required to confirm you reservation, and remainder is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Room Occupancy Policy
Reservations for the room is charged to each person occupying the room. If you book as a single person and show up with a 2nd person, you will be charged accordingly on your checkin.
