• 28-15 days or more prior to arrival 50% cancellation fees
• 14-1 days prior to arrival 80% cancellation fees
• No Show 100% cancellation fees
Lodges & Resorts:
• 60-30 days or more prior to arrival 50% cancellation fees
• 29-15 days prior to arrival 75% cancellation fees
• 14-01/ No Show days prior to arrival 100% cancellation fees.
The guest is responsible to manage the reservation made. The guest’s payment agreement with aha Hotels & Lodges applies to this booking. Failure to cancel a reservation (both provisional and guaranteed) will result in the relevant cancellation fees applied. This booking does not cancel automatically if not released by the guest
No Shows
Off Peak: 100% of the first night’s accommodation rate is applicable as the no-show charge.
Peak: 100% of the full stay is applicable as the no-show charge.
