CANCELLATION POLICY:Should a reservation be canceled less than 24 hours from the day of arrival, a cancellation fee of the rate for the first night plus the 1% tourism levy and/or any other applicable government taxes or levies will be levied against you in relation to the guaranteed method.
If your reservation was guaranteed by a charge to your credit card at the time of reservation, this will be forfeited.
Bookings on special offers and discount rates will be charged in full at time of making the reservation and are non-refundable.
NO SHOW POLICY:A no-show is the non-arrival of a guest on the stipulated arrival date without notification in writing by fax or email to the Hotel.
In the case of a no-show, a no-show fee of the rate of the first night plus 1% Tourism Levy and/or any other applicable government taxes or levies will be levied against you.
If your reservation was guaranteed by a charge to your credit card at the time of the reservation, this will be forfeited.

CHILD POLICY:Additional children can be accommodated in Deluxe Rooms. Children under 12 years of age stay free in Standard, Superior Deluxe Rooms, Suites and Apartments. Children 12 years and older are considered adults and pay an extra adult charge.
