TERMS AND CONDITIONSTerms, conditions and privacy policy
The hotel must receive a deposit, equal to 50% of the booking value.
All deposits must be received by the Hotel directly and foreign currencies will be accepted at the rate of exchange valid on the day payments are received by the Hotel.
Failure to send deposits will result in all bookings being cancelled automatically.
The Indaba Hotel reserves its right to charge for any damages caused to the property by the customer and or any sub-contractor contracted.
Property’s cancellation policy
Standard Double Room - Bed & Breakfast
Please note that should your reservation be cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival a 25% cancellation fee on the full value of the stay is payable.
Should your reservation be cancelled within 14 days prior to arrival, 50% cancellation fee applies
07 Days prior to arrival, a 75% cancellation fee is payable, less than 7 days prior to arrival, 100% cancellation fee.
Should unconfirmed reservations not arrive by 14h00 on the day of arrival, the Hotel reserves the right to release the reservation.
(Arrival time is from 14h00 and departure time by 10h00).
