Cancellation PolicyIf cancelling 10 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total
If cancelling 18 days before arrival, forfeit 75% of the booking total
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 30% of the booking total
If cancelling 999 days before arrival, forfeit 15% of the booking total
Conditions* Cardholder & ID/Passport must be present at check-in.
* Credit card used for the online payment must be present at check-in.
* Full payment is required 7 days before check in.
* For a booking done within or less than a week of check in, full payment will be required immediately.
