Reservation Guarantees, deposits and paymentsThe credit card is debited for the full stay at the time of reservation.
Online bookings will be secured once your card is transacted with 100% pre-payment
Items not included in this quotation will be charged for in addition and will be charged on arrival
Your online pre-payment must clear in the property’s bank account prior to arrival and proof thereof sent to the lodge in advance.
Cancellation and Refunds policyReservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival will forfeit 100% of the booking price. Cancellation made 15 or more days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellation made 30 or more days prior to arrival will receive a 100% refund.
No Shows
Off Peak: 100% of the first night’s accommodation rate is applicable as the no-show charge.
Peak: 100% of the full stay is applicable as the no-show charge.
