The guest is responsible to manage the reservation made. The guest’s payment agreement with aha Hotels & Lodges applies to this booking. Failure to cancel a reservation (both provisional and guaranteed) will result in the relevant cancellation fees applied. This booking does not cancel automatically if not released by the guest.
