When choosing an activity make sure that you choose an activity that you are capable of doing the activity. All activities will explain what the activity is all about, Ensure that you do not have any phobias that the activity might have. For example if you have a phobia of heights try and prevent bungee jumping.
Before you pay for any activity make sure there is no restrictions for the activity.
